Congratulations on reaching senior year! This is such an exciting milestone, for both seniors and their families. It’s the final chapter of one season and the beginning of an incredible new adventure. Senior portraits are a chance to celebrate who you are right now and capture the memories of this moment before life takes its next big step forward.
My senior sessions are designed to be relaxed, fun, and completely personalized. For seniors, it’s a chance to show your personality, interests, and style. Whether you’re outgoing and confident or a little unsure about being in front of the camera, I’ll guide you through the entire experience so you can feel comfortable and just be yourself.
For parents, this is also a meaningful moment to pause and reflect on how far your child has come. Senior portraits often become some of the most treasured images in a family’s home, reminders of this exciting time right before graduation and all the opportunities ahead.
Together, we’ll plan a session that feels authentic and memorable, whether that means a favorite outdoor location, a meaningful activity or hobby, or simply a setting that highlights your senior’s personality. The goal is to create portraits that truly represent this once-in-a-lifetime moment.
After the session, your portraits can be transformed into beautiful artwork for your home—from framed wall art to albums that tell the story of senior year. These pieces become lasting reminders of this incredible milestone and the journey that led here. Because senior year only happens once, and it deserves to be remembered.
When should seniors schedule their portrait session?
A.Most seniors schedule their portraits during the summer before senior year or early fall. This timing usually works well for yearbook deadlines and gives you plenty of time to enjoy your images before graduation.
Do you provide photos for the yearbook?
A.Yes! I can absolutely create an image that meets your school’s yearbook requirements. If your school has specific guidelines for size, background, or file format, just send them my way and I’ll make sure your image is prepared correctly.
What if my school requires a specific background for yearbook photos?
A.Some schools require a traditional yearbook background. If that’s the case, I can photograph the required image during your session while still creating a variety of fun and personalized portraits for you.
Where do senior sessions take place?
A.Sessions can take place in my studio in Duvall, at a favorite outdoor location, or at a spot that reflects your personality or interests. Together we’ll choose a setting that fits the style you’re going for.
Can I bring different outfits?
A.Absolutely! Outfit changes are a great way to show different sides of your personality. Many seniors bring a mix of casual, dressy, or activity-related outfits.
Can I include sports, hobbies, or instruments in my photos?
A.Yes! Senior sessions are all about celebrating what makes you unique. If you play sports, music, or have a hobby you love, feel free to bring it along.
Do you offer hair and makeup services?
A.If you’d like professional hair and makeup, I can help arrange that so you look and feel your best on the day of your session.
What happens after the session?
A.After your session, you’ll receive a gallery of your edited portraits where you can choose your favorite images. From there, you can order digital images, prints, framed artwork, or albums to celebrate your senior year.
Can parents or family members be in a few photos?
A.Definitely! Even though it’s a senior session, many families love including a few photos together to mark this special milestone.always to capture real expressions and personality rather than stiff poses.
I offer a few different themed sessions throughout the year, each designed to be fun, easy, and beautifully finished.
